Issue:
I get an error when I try to use a proxy server during registration. What am I doing wrong?

Resolution:
Make sure you are using the correct proxy server settings. To check these settings, open Internet Explorer and click 'Tools' on the menu and then click 'Internet Options..' Then click the 'Connections' tab. If you are using a dial-up connection to access the internet, select your dial-up account and click 'Settings..' If you are connected to the internet through a LAN click 'LAN Settings..' Under the Proxy server heading check the Address and Port settings for your proxy server. If these boxes are blank then click the 'Advanced..' button and check the Address and Port settings for the HTTP line. Make sure you are using these settings when registering.
