What’s the best way to manage Templates within the software?

Resolution:
Within the software you have the ability to create a template of any scene that you typically respond to regularly. This will save you valuable time in your reporting. The next time that you respond to that same location, simply click on the template and your nearly done with your diagram. To better manage this, we suggest this:

1. Create your own agency, department or company Templates Tab.
1. Go to Tools/Options.
2. Select Template
3. Provide a Template Name (This can be anything to distinguish your templates)
4. Create a file somewhere on your hard drive
5. By clicking on the arrow map to a folder of your choosing where you want your templates saved. Click OK.
6. Click OK to move back to the diagram window.
7. Click on “Click here” in the middle of your screen.
8. You should now see a separate tab for your agency, department or company

From this point templates are created by simply clicking on “File” and ‘Save as Template”.
