Trancite attends IED conference in Amsterdam
Trancite Logic Systems Chief Executive Officer Josh Evarts spoke at the 4th annual Defeating IEDs Conference in Amsterdam, Netherlands the last week of May.Evarts was invited there, along with A-T Solutions, Inc., as part of a panel discussion on enhancing counter IED operations through technology.
"It is an honor for Trancite Logic Systems to be asked to directly participate in this international conference on IED defeat,” Evarts said. “Through the hard work of Trancite and A-T Solutions, Inc., including all the hard working men and women committed to ATTAC from both organizations, we are making the job of field incident data collection possible worldwide."
All over the world technology continues to be a key enabler in fighting terrorist networks. ATTAC (Asymmetric Threat and Tactical Analysis Casebook) is part of that effort as front-end data collection software. It is the complete field reporting software tool which allows for quick and efficient documentation of criminal acts, RECON operations, Interdiction Tactics, Site Surveys, IED Disruption or Post Blast Forensics.
The International IED Defeat conference brought together military and civilian members committed to fighting terrorism. The entire conference was organized in order to facilitate knowledge sharing in an effort to defeat terrorist organizations before they attack, and to track those members after the act by countering IEDs at the strategic, operational and tactical levels.
At Trancite it is understood that “tip of the spear” users in the law enforcement, government, military and commercial sectors are subject matter experts – not IT engineers. Any technology designed by Trancite must put the user’s mission first and not create a burden of use. Trancite seeks to be the industry leader in the development of such technology and continue to contribute to the fight against terrorism.
