Houston Police Dept Is On Board

On June 23rd, 2009, the Houston Police Department in Texas chose to utilize Trancite’s ScenePD software for their entire police force. Their 4700+ sworn officers now have access to the easiest-to-use crime scene drawing program on the market and are sure to save hours of valuable time by being able to quickly and accurately diagramming any complex crash or crime scene using the intuitive drawing tools and extensive “intelligent” symbols library. ScenePD was designed to meet the specialized diagramming needs of officers and investigators and as such, will greatly assist Houston PD cops in the field. Not only will they be saving time and money but will also be contributing to the “green” movement by going paperless and thereby becoming more environmentally friendly.
