How to Get Support
Complete our Support Form, email our Team, or call us at 1-877-908-4777, during our business hours of Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 5:00 pm MDT, and one of our Support technicians will be able to assist you.
Step 1:
Enter the “Session ID” the support representative gives you in the box above and click Connect.
Step 2:
You will be prompted to download a small virus-free plug-in which will connect you to a member of our support team.
The plug-in is called ZA_Connect or Zoho Assist. Once the download is complete, it can be found in your Downloads folder. You will have to "run" the application and follow the prompts until the session is active.
Step 3:
With your permission, your support representative can view your screen and share control of your mouse and keyboard.
You are in full control of your computer at all times. You always have overriding control of your mouse and keyboard, and you can end the screen-sharing session at any time.
